Do you rent gas cars too?
No. Evlocity exclusively offers electric and hybrid vehicles, so every ride is smooth, quiet and eco-friendly.
What's the difference between an EV and a hybrid?
EVs run entirely on electricity with zero tailpipe emissions and recharge by plugging in. Hybrids pair a gasoline engine with an electric motor and recharge themselves as you drive, with no plug required.
How do I book?
Reserve online: pick a vehicle, choose your dates and enter your details. You'll receive confirmation by email, usually within the hour.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. Free pickup at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Share your flight details and your vehicle will be waiting when you land.
Can you deliver the car to me?
Yes, within a 25-mile radius of our Dunwoody location for a distance-based fee. Every delivery arrives fully charged.
What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage auto insurance (comprehensive and collision), and a credit card. Don't have qualifying insurance? Coverage is available through our insurance partner.
How old do I need to be?
Drivers must be at least 21. Drivers under 25 pay an underage fee.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 fee.
I've never driven an EV. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our team gives you a full orientation at pickup: charging, one-pedal driving, navigation, everything. Most first-timers are comfortable within minutes.
How charged does the car need to be when I return it?
Please return vehicles with at least 50% charge.
Are there mileage limits?
We offer flexible mileage packages, including unlimited miles. Pick what fits your trip at checkout.
How does charging work during my rental?
Standard charging cables are included with every vehicle. Tesla models come with Supercharger navigation preloaded; Supercharging costs are billed at the end of your trip.
Is it easy to find charging in Atlanta?
Yes. Atlanta has a fast-growing charging network at hotels, shopping centers and public locations, plus extensive fast-charging corridors on I-16, I-24, I-75 and I-85.
